吴建印，男，中国江苏人。1995年毕业于南京艺术学院设计系。2005年考取广西艺术学院美术学院水彩画专业研究生，师从黄超成教授，2008年毕业后留校任教。现为广西艺术学院水彩画系副教授，广西水彩画家协会副秘书长，广西青年美术家协会副秘书长，广西美术家协会水彩艺委会委员，广西高校摄影学会副主席，美国西俄勒冈大学访问学者。曾任第三届、第四届中国水彩(国际)高研班助教。多次组织、参与日本、法国、意大利等国际的艺术交流活动，水彩画作品多次参加国内外展览并获奖，翻译出版《西班牙现代绘画教学——色彩》一书，多次发表论文、作品。

Jianyin Wu, male, was born in Jiangsu, P.R. China. He received his BFA degree from Design Department in Nanjing Arts University in 1995. He started his postgraduate study in College of Fine Arts in Guangxi Arts University under the supervision of Professor Huang Chaocheng in 2005, and received his MFA degree in 2008. He had been working with Guangxi Arts University since postgraduate graduation. Now, he is an associate professor in dept. of watercolor in Guangxi Arts University, a deputy secretary-general of Guangxi Watercolor Artists Association, a deputy secretary-general of Guangxi Youth Artists Association, an arts council member of Guangxi Artists Association, a vice chairman of Guangxi Photography Association among universities, a visiting scholar of Western Oregon University in the U.S.He was a teaching assistant of the 3rd and 4th Chinese Watercolor (International) advanced research class, and an organizer/participant in many international Fine arts exchanges in Japan, France, Italy, etc. He had published several scholastic papers in watercolor paintings and some of his works had gained awards in exhibitions both domestically and internationally. He had translated and published a book Spanish Modern Painting: Colors.
